The Origin: Confluence of Ignorance and Ego
Ignorance clouds judgment while arrogance inflates the ego, leading to the slander of truth. Many fail to realize that belittling a specific school or misleading others is an assault on the wisdom of all Buddhas.
This act of "blinding others" robs them of their chance for liberation. Because it destroys the universal path to enlightenment, the karmic weight exceeds that of the most heinous worldly crimes.
When we judge profound scriptures with a limited mind, we are measuring infinite holiness with a mortal ruler. This transgression halts personal progress and sows seeds of suffering.
Right Speech: The Path of Equal Veneration
A practitioner's speech should carry compassion, not judgment. Faced with different vehicles or traditions, true wisdom lies in silent reverence. Favoring one path while condemning another creates deep seeds of suffering.
Even toward the Sangha, one must avoid malice. While the monastic community has its own rules for correction, a layperson's duty is to watch their own mind and refrain from spreading harmful views.
We must learn to cultivate integrity in silence and gather merit through praise. Remaining neutral toward the unknown while being diligent in one's own practice ensures the flow of Dharma remains pure.
Transformation: From Repentance to Protection
Karma exists not to punish, but to awaken. When the weight of one's actions is realized, sincere repentance begins the healing. Protecting the truth and rebuking falsity transforms potential suffering into immeasurable merit. To protect the Dharma is to protect the light of our own nature.

这种“瞎众生眼”的行为,剥夺了他人寻求真理解脱的机会。因其破坏的是普世的觉悟路径,其因果律中产生的负面能量,远超世俗意义上的五逆重罪。
当我们随口评判深奥的经典时,实际上是在用有限的凡夫心丈量无边的圣者智慧。这种僭越不仅止步了自身的修行,更在法界中种下了极难消解的恶因。
慎莫轻言:平等的护持与观照
修行者的口中应常含慈悲,而非审判。面对大小乘之争或不同的修学路径,真正的智慧是保持敬畏与沉默。若以私心偏废三乘,便是在无知中种下了下堕的种子。
对待僧宝亦然,即便其行为有瑕,作为居士亦不应生起瞋恨毁谤之心。在僧团的法度中自有降伏之道,而普通人应做的是观照自心,守住口业,不随喜任何恶见的流传。
我们要学会在沉默中蓄养正气,在赞叹中广结法缘。不了解的法门可以默然,已经受持的法门应当精进,唯有这种平等的尊重,才能让法水常流而不被世俗的偏见所截断。
证悟之机:从忏悔到护持的飞跃
因果并非为了惩罚,而是为了唤醒。当一个人意识到恶业的沉重时,真诚的忏悔便能消融冰封,见坏法者能呵责,见正法者能赞叹,将原本的恶缘转化为不可思议的福德资粮。
护持正法即是护持自性光明,愿我们都能在言语间留存慈悲,在心念里种下菩提。
