Origins of Thought
Thoughts do not arise from nowhere; they are manifestations of seeds stored in the Alaya-vijnana. Like scripts running on a loop, they trigger based on conditions. We habitually feed these thoughts with our identification, fueling the cycle of cause and effect. Yet, thoughts are inherently empty. There is no solid entity behind the movement of the mind. By seeing through this virtual structure, we release our grip on identity and reveal the pristine nature that remains untainted.
The Path of Seeing
Practice is not about finding a hidden truth but about ceasing the chase of illusions. In the moment of awareness, the past thought has vanished and the future one has not yet arisen. Within this gap lies a luminous clarity—our original face. Do not suppress thoughts, as resistance creates conflict and validates the ego. Simply observe without interference. Deprived of the fuel of identification, thoughts naturally dissolve back into the silence of the void, like mist under the morning sun.
Realizing Stillness
In a noisy world, guarding this awareness is the highest diligence. May we act not as slaves to our impulses, but as the immovable observer. We dedicate this clarity to all beings, that they may see through the net of karma and find ultimate peace.

念头之缘起
念头并非无中生有，而是阿赖耶识中业力种子的现行。它像是一套自动运行的脚本，只要遭遇外缘，就会在表层意识中显现出无尽的纷扰。我们习惯于认同这些念头，赋予它们能量，使其在因果的循环中不断壮大。
其实念头本质空寂，并没有一个真实的实体在背后支撑。若能洞察其虚幻的架构，便能从紧绷的认同中松脱，看见那个从未被污染的清净本性。
我们若能了知念头如幻，便不再被其所缚。
照见之法门
所谓修行，不在于寻找一个高深的真理，而在于停下对虚妄的追逐。当我们生起觉知时，前一个念头已随缘而灭，后一个念头尚未升起。在这个中间的空隙里，有一份了了分明的灵知，那便是我们要找的归宿。
不要去压制念头，因为压制本身就是一种对立，是在强化念头的真实性。只需观照而不干预，不给它任何情感的燃料或逻辑的支撑。就像冰遇暖阳，念头在觉知的照耀下，自然会消融回本性的空寂之中。
这种灵灵不昧的观照，是通往解脱的必经之路。
止息之余韵
在这个喧嚣的世界，守护这一份觉察即是最大的精进。愿我们都能在起心动念间，不作念头的奴隶，而是成为那个如如不动的观者。将此觉照回向法界，愿众生皆能照破无明，在虚幻的业网中得见本真。
