True practice is training through circumstances—not joyful in favor, nor annoyed in adversity. Handle immediate tasks with clarity and detachment, keeping the heart unstuck. By breaking the selfish stance and releasing energy to the world, life undergoes a qualitative change. In this moment, you merge with the universe.
