修行需要对症下药,不能死执一法。面对昏沉的重担,我们要观想光明与菩提心的宏愿来振奋心神;面对散乱的掉举,则要通过无常观来收摄散乱,让这颗狂躁的心渐渐沉淀,归于舒缓。
将生活中的每一次逆境都看作消业的机会,将贪爱的执着转为慈悲的观照。在每一个起心动念处转变心态,把生活当成道场。唯有如此,僵化的习气才会在绵密的功夫中逐渐松动,化为清凉。
烦恼即是智慧藏
当调御得法时,曾经如寇贼般的烦恼,都会转化为守护心地的赤子。修行不是为了消灭什么,而是为了转化与觉醒。当“我空”的智慧真正现前,所有的重担都会在瞬间消融,回味悠长,收束有力。
